1. Purpose of the app
Pelvica is a general wellness app for exercising the pelvic floor muscles. It is not a medical device; it does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace an assessment by a healthcare professional.
2. Health notice
The content in the app is for information only. Before starting an exercise program, talk to a healthcare professional, especially if you are pregnant, have recently given birth, are recovering from surgery or have an ongoing complaint.
If you feel pain, pressure or discomfort during exercise, stop. If you have blood in your urine, fever, burning or sudden, severe symptoms, don't wait it out with exercise; see a doctor.
3. Your responsibility
You use the app at your own discretion. The accuracy of your answers directly affects how well the program suits you.
4. Subscription
Pelvica Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. On the plan that offers a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual property
The text, images, program content and software in the app belong to the developer and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. This section does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
