Privacy Policy

Summary

Pelvica does not collect any personal data. You are never asked to create an account, and we never ask for your email address or phone number. The app has no server.

Where is your data?

Your answers to the welcome questions, your session history, your check-in results and your bladder diary entries are stored only on your own device, in the app's private storage. This data is never sent anywhere; no one, including the developer, can access it.

If you delete the app, this data is deleted from your device too. You can also delete it yourself at any time with the "Delete all data" option in Settings.

In Settings → My data, you can export a copy of your records as a JSON or CSV file. Only you decide where the file goes; the app never sends it anywhere by itself.

If you have turned on iPhone backups (iCloud or computer), these records are backed up to your account through Apple's backup service, like other app data. The developer cannot access this backup.

Apple Watch

If you use the watch app, your program day, level and preferences are transferred from your iPhone to your watch, and sessions you complete on the watch are transferred back to your iPhone, directly through Apple's device-to-device connection (WatchConnectivity). This transfer does not pass through any server of ours.

Voice guidance

The voice coach uses recorded voice clips that come with the app, or iOS's on-device speech synthesis. The microphone is not used, and your voice is never recorded.

Analytics and advertising

The app contains no analytics tools, tracking identifiers, ad networks or third-party SDKs. Information such as which screens you open or how long you use the app is not measured.

Apple Health

This version does not connect to Apple Health (HealthKit); it does not read Health data or write to the Health app.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Remote (push) notifications are not used, so your device token is never recorded.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. We neither see nor store your payment details; the app only reads the "is the subscription active" status from Apple.

App lock

Face ID or device passcode authentication is handled by iOS. The app never accesses your face data or your passcode; it only learns whether authentication succeeded.

Children

The app is intended for ages 13 and up and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated text will be published in the app and on the support page.
